It was invented by a woman who had a hip replacement due to wearing a heavy, uneven orthopedic boot. BootBud provides balance, weight displacement, and the opportunity to maintain proper body alignment.
BootBud was invented by a woman who had eight leg surgeries and needed a way to improve her recovery. Wearing the heavy, uneven, destabilizing orthopedic boot led to a hip replacement. In order to keep things simple, our design can be worn for either the left or right foot. One design, a world of universality.
EASILY ADJUSTABLE
Using the free removable insert, BootBud can be customized to add 3/4" or 1 1/4" of extra height to your favorite shoe. Adjustable velcro toe and heel straps are also included for secure customization and comfort.
