How do you wear BootBud?
Put on your favorite flat or low heel shoe. Sit down. Open BootBud's velcro toe and heel straps, insert or remove the height boosting insert to suit the level of lift you need, and step into BootBud. Reattach BootBud's velcro straps so they tightly secure BootBud to your shoe.
How much will BootBud lift my shoe?
BootBud will lift your shoe .75" with out the free height boosting insert, or 1.25" when using the insert.
